Vegas residents have mixed feelings about losing Saturday mail

LAS VEGAS (KSNV & MyNews3) -- Cross this next one off your list of weekend chores.

Starting in August, there will be no Saturday mail to check. At least that's one way to look at it.

It's also the latest cost-cutting measure by the United States Postal Service. As News 3's Sandra Gonzalez tells us, the move is being received with mixed reviews in the Las Vegas valley.

One day without mail service is not going to make a difference and no one will feel its effect. Most people do not check their mail everyday anyway.
