LAS VEGAS (KSNV -- Clark County Detention Center records show that Jonathan Koppenhaver was booked at about 3:30 a.m. this morning after being extradited from Southern California.

The former mixed martial arts fighter, also known as War Machine, is accused of beating his former girlfriend, Christy Mack, and her male friend in an east side Las Vegas home in earlier this month before fleeing to Southern California.

He was arrested by a police task force in a Simi Valley, Calif., motel room more than two weeks ago. He waived extradition and was ordered returned to Clark County.

Koppenhaver left the Ventura County Jail on Wednesday with a private prisoner transport company and was booked into CCDC early today.

He faces a court hearing Wednesday.

Mack, who suffered more than a dozen broken bones, has been discharged from an area hospital and is recovering.
