LAS VEGAS -- The weather is finally warming up a bit but classrooms at one local campus remain chilly.
Over at Ruby Thomas Elementary School, the nearly 50 year-old-heating system has finally given out and as News 3's Denise Rosch explains while students bundle up, repairs are on hold.
