LAS VEGAS (KSNV MyNews3) -- A lawsuit alleging negligence involving an attack on a dealer against The Bellagio will move forward as is.
This lawsuit relates to the razor blade attack in December involving murder suspect Brenda Stokes Wilson.
In court this morning, a judge denied several motions filed by The Bellagio, including a gag order that would have prevented the plaintiff's attorney from talking to the media.
Joyce Rhone filed the lawsuit after police say Stokes Wilson attacked her with two razor blades.
Stokes Wilson also is accused of killing 10-year-old Jade Morris.
Rhone says in the lawsuit that the casino's security failed to ensure that its property was reasonably safe and able to render aid to Rhone.
Rhone was not in court today, and her attorney says she remains traumatized.
The complaint is still in its beginning stages.
