Fire near Flamingo, Valley View causes $150K in damage

LAS VEGAS (KSNV MyNews3.com) – Two apartment units were destroyed this morning by fire near the Gold Coast Casino.

According to Clark County Fire Department Chief Erik Newman, the call came into dispatch around 11:30 a.m. for the fire in the 4000 block of West Viking Road, near Valley View and Flamingo.

The units affected were a ground floor unit and the residence above it. Damage was estimated at $150,000.

There were no reported injuries, and the investigation continues.
