LAS VEGAS --
Food truck operators interested in having access to three parking spots in downtown Las Vegas on a rotating basis must register for a lottery by 5 p.m. Monday, July 22. The lottery will take place Monday, July 29, at Las Vegas City Hall, 495 S. Main St.
