Driver killed after rollover accident on U.S. 95 near Jones

LAS VEGAS (KSNV MyNews3.com) – A 48-year-old man was killed this morning after a single-vehicle rollover accident on southbound U.S. 95 at Jones Boulevard.

According to Nevada Highway Patrol Trooper Loy Hixson, the driver was ejected from the 1997 Ford just before 8:40 a.m. He was transported to UMC Trauma, where he was pronounced deceased.

The right three lanes of U.S. 95 are closed in the area for the investigation.
