LAS VEGAS -- Kevin Janison has the forecast for Monday, Jan. 28, 2013.

Mostly sunny on Tuesday with highs 52 to 55 on the west side of the valley. 55 to 58 on the east side. Northwest wind 10 to 15 mph with gusts to around 30 mph.
