Dreary morning but expect a better afternoon

LAS VEGAS -- It was a dreary morning for commuters in Las Vegas but we should be seeing a little sunshine in the afternoon.

News 3's Jerry Brown has more in his forecast for Noon on Friday, Dec. 14, 2012.

Partly cloudy in the tonight then becoming mostly cloudy. A 20 percent chance of rain showers. Lows 36 to 39. Southwest wind 10 to 20 mph with gusts to around 30 mph decreasing to around 10 mph after midnight.
