High clouds move into the valley

Mostly sunny with highs 62 to 67 on the west side of the valley. 66 to 71 on the east side. Winds generally light becoming east up to 10 mph in the afternoon. News 3's Dana Wagner has more in his forecast for Monday, Nov. 19, 2012.
