LAS VEGAS (KSNV MyNews3.com) –
The Clark County grand jury handed down indictments this morning against four men in connection to a drug arrest.
Roberto Carlos Landeros-Torres, Raul Martinez-Castro, Francisco Garcia and Jesus Manuel Lopez-Tamayo faces charges of conspiracy to violate the Controlled Substances Act and trafficking in a controlled substance.
Lopez-Tamayo faces an additional charge of possessing personal identifying information.
According to the indictment, in two raids, police found 8.7 pounds of meth at one location and 14.6 pounds of meth and 14.3 grams of heroin at another.
Bail was set at $500,000 for Lopez-Tamayo; $300,000 for Landeros-Torres; and $200,000 each for Garcia and Martinez-Castro.
Other indictments announced today:
- William Dizon and Daniel Mundo were indicted on conspiracy to commit robbery, burglary in possession of a fireman and robbery with use of a deadly weapon. No bail was allowed. They are scheduled to return to court at 9 a.m. July 19.
- Paul Casey Lopez was indicted on charges of battery by a prisoner with intent to promote, further or assist a criminal gang; and battery on an officer resulting in substantial bodily harm with the intent to promote, further or assist a criminal gang. Lopez already was in custody on another charge. He is due back in court July 23.
