Centennial Hills Park burglary investigation assistance sought

LAS VEGAS — The City of Las Vegas Deputy City Marshal Unit is asking for the public’s assistance in an investigation of an auto burglary in Centennial Hills Park, at 7101 N. Buffalo Drive.

The burglary occurred Jan. 2, and the suspect is alleged to have used the victim’s credit cards for unauthorized purchases at a gas station and fast food restaurants.

The suspect is described as a black male in his mid-30s to early 40s, with a muscular build and a shaved head. He was seen driving a newer Silver Mercury 4-door.

If the public has any information about this crime or can identify those involved, they are urged to contact Deputy City Marshal Investigators at (702) 229-3223 or email bgoldyn@lasvegasnevada.gov or ppatton@lasvegasnevada.gov.

The city’s Department of Detention and Enforcement provides the public with law enforcement services at city parks and facilities through the Deputy City Marshals, operates the city’s detention center, and provides animal control services in the city of Las Vegas.
