NORTH LAS VEGAS (KSNV MyNews3) – North Las Vegas Police detectives are seeking public assistance identifying a woman believed to be involved in a robbery.
Officers responded to a robbery at 7:30 p.m. July 5 at a Walgreens in the 500 block of East Centennial Parkway. Witnesses say that a woman entered the store and presented employees with a note demanding prescription pain medications.
She may have had a gun in her waistband, but reportedly did not present the gun during the robbery. An employee gave the woman an undisclosed number of pills. The suspect fled the scene in a white Jeep Compass before police arrived.
The suspect is described as a white female adult, 5-foot-3 to 5-6, about 140 pounds. She was last seen wearing a black long-sleeve shirt, black pants, a beanie, black gloves, and large sunglasses. She may have a scar on her right cheek.
