North Las Vegas police seek suspect in armed robbery

NORTH LAS VEGAS (KSNV MyNews3.com) – North Las Vegas Police Department detectives are seeking public assistance identifying a man involved in a convenience store robbery.

According to a news release, officers responded to a robbery about 11:25 a.m. Dec. 19 in the 1600 block of North Main Street. Witnesses reported a man entered the convenience store, held the clerk at gunpoint and demanded money. The clerk complied, and the man ran out of the store with an undisclosed amount of cash.

The suspect is described as black man, about 5-foot-8, 175 pounds, with some facial hair.
