HENDERSON, Nev. -- Henderson Police are seeking the public’s help to identify a woman who has been assuming identities to withdraw at least $200,000 in cash from local bank branches over the past several months.

The woman entered branches of Wells Fargo Bank, Bank of America, JP Morgan Chase Bank, and US Bank with a photo identification of a person with an account at the banks. The suspect then withdrew a large amount of cash from the account. The suspect has made such withdraws at least six times since October.

In all the cases, the victims live in Northern California. Some of the victims had their purses or wallets stolen prior to the money being withdrawn.

In all the incidents, the suspect presented a fraudulent California driver’s license. The suspect has been able to withdraw more than $200,000 from the various accounts.

The suspect is described as a white female, in her early to mid 40s, about 5-feet to 5-feet-3 inches tall, weighing about 120 pounds with auburn hair and hazel eyes.

Anyone with information in this case is urged to call the Henderson Police Department at (702) 267-4750 or, to remain anonymous, call Crime Stoppers at (702) 385-5555 or visit www.crimestoppersofnv.com. Tips directly leading to an arrest or an indictment processed through Crime Stoppers may result in a cash reward.
