Public’s assistance sought in connection with burglary inquiry

LAS VEGAS -- The city of Las Vegas Deputy City Marshal Unit is investigating an auto burglary that occurred March 9 at Kellogg-Zaher Park, 7901 W. Washington Ave.

Investigators believe that the burglary suspect is either a Caucasian or Hispanic male between the ages of 16 to 19 years old. He was last seen wearing a black zip-up hoodie, black baseball cap with a white logo, black-and-white plaid shorts, black socks and black and white shoes.

If the public has any information about this crime or can identify those involved they are urged to contact Deputy City Marshal Investigators at (702) 229-3223 or email bgoldyn@lasvegasnevada.gov or ppatton@lasvegasnevada.gov.

The city’s Department of Detention and Enforcement provides the public with law enforcement services at city parks and facilities through the Deputy City Marshals, operates the city’s detention center and provides animal control services in the city of Las Vegas.
