LAS VEGAS -- A woman brutally attacked by a man she met on match.com is fighting against assault with a lawsuit.

The suit filed today against match.com asks for just under $10 million to cover medical costs and for punitive damages.

She and her attorney Marc Sagesse says the website doesn't do enough to warn members of who they can meet online.
