LAS VEGAS (KSNV MyNews3.com) – A Clark County grand jury indicted a Boulder City man this morning on 24 felonies and 10 misdemeanors after his initial arrest in August for open or gross lewdness.
Peter Bennett, 67, is facing seven counts of burglary; six counts of coercion; three counts of first-degree kidnapping; two counts each of battery with intent to commit sexual assault, second-degree kidnapping and attempted sexual assault; and one count each of sexual assault and sexual assault with use of a deadly weapon. He also faces 10 misdemeanor counts of open or gross lewdness.
The Clark County district attorney’s office said that there are five victims in this case. After his initial arrest, Boulder City police asked other possible victims to contact the department.
Also today, the grand jury issued a superseding indictment, adding Stelman Joseph as a defendant with Cory Dealvone Hubbard, 31, and Willie Carter, 27, on seven felony counts of robbery with use of a deadly weapon and one count each of conspiracy to commit robbery; burglary while in possession of a firearm.
