LAS VEGAS (KSNV MyNews3.com) –
Two men were indicted this morning by a Clark County grand jury in connection to a home invasion in August.
Cory Dealvone Hubbard, 31, and Willie Carter, 27, are facing seven felony counts of robbery with use of a deadly weapon and one count each of conspiracy to commit robbery; burglary while in possession of a firearm; attempted murder with use of a deadly weapon; assault with a deadly weapon; discharge of firearm within a structure.
Bail was set at $340,000 each for Hubbard and Carter. They are set to return to court at 8:30 a.m. Sept. 19.
Also indicted today were:
- Aaron Jordan Hite, 37, for sex trafficking of a child under 18; first-degree kidnapping; pandering of a child; living from the earnings of a prostitute; and child abuse, neglect or endangerment. The district attorney’s office said the child was 16 at the time. Bail was set at $150,000. Hite will return to court at Sept. 18.
- Leslie Zdehovan, 48, also known as Leslie Lachance, for one count of solicitation to commit murder, Bail was set at $40,000, and she is set to return to court Sept. 19.
- Everett Johnson, 18, for two counts of robbery with use of a deadly weapon; and one count for conspiracy to commit robbery. Bail was set at $70,000, and Johnson’s next court appearance is set for Sept. 18.
- Jeromy Ruckdaschel, 19, for one count of possession of stolen property, Bail was set at $10,000, and Ruckdaschel will return to court Sept. 18.
