LAS VEGAS (KSNV MyNews3.com) -- The Clark County grand jury indicted three people this morning in connection to a suspected firebombing of a mobile home.
Timothy Michael Cuffe, Thayne Ryan Wells and Timothy Brian Lamb each face felony counts of first-degree arson; conspiracy to commit first-degree arson; fourth-degree arson; possession of an explosive or incendiary device; and possession of a stolen vehicle.
The district attorney’s office says Cuffe has nine prior felonies and is awaiting action in two others. His bail was set at $200,000. Wells and Lamb had their bails set at $50,000.
Officials say the suspects threw Molotov cocktails at a mobile home – with children in the residence -- and trailer next to the home April 28 near Rancho and Craig. There is evidence suggesting that the suspects had prior involvement with the victims.
Arraignment is scheduled for 9 a.m. Sept. 11.
