Grand jury indicts man for grand larceny, burglary

LAS VEGAS (KSNV MyNews3.com) – A Clark County grand jury this morning indicted a man already in custody at the Detention Center on unrelated charges.

Daniel Loucks, 35, was indicted on one count each of burglary and grand larceny. Judge Linda Ball added $30,000 to his bail. Loucks was in custody for charges related to car theft and attempted robbery with use of a deadly weapon. His next court appearance is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. Feb. 4.

Also indicted today was Fei Xiao Li, who faces two counts each of theft and drawing/passing a check without sufficient funds with intent to defraud. His next court appearance will be at 9 a.m. Feb. 10.
