Suspects sought in robbery near Buffalo, Peace Way

LAS VEGAS (KSNV MyNews3.com) – The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department is searching for two men suspected in a convenience store robbery near South Buffalo Drive and Peace Way.

According to a Metro news release, one suspect entered the business just after 9:50 p.m. Feb. 17 and forced a customer to the ground at gunpoint. The second suspect went to the counter and demanded the clerk to open the register. The clerk complied, and both suspects left the store and ran south.

The first suspect is described as a black male in his 20s, 5-foot-11 and 170 pounds. He was last seen wearing a gray hoodie sweat shirt with a black stripe on the front, white shorts, a black baseball cap, and black Converse-type shoes.

The second suspect is described as an unknown race male in his 20s, 5-11, 170. He was last seen wearing a black, long-sleeved shirt, a white baseball cap with a Jordan emblem, and a blue backpack.

Tips directly leading to an arrest or an indictment processed through Crime Stoppers may result in a cash reward.
