Three suspects sought in theft on Pecos near Carey

LAS VEGAS (KSNV MyNews3.com) – The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department is searching for three men suspected of a robbery at a business 2500 block of North Pecos, just north of Carey Avenue.

According to a Metro news release, the suspects entered the store just after 12:40 p.m. Jan. 31. One suspect selected merchandise from the store and proceeded to the cashier as if he was going to pay. Another suspect pushed the employee, causing him to lose his balance. As the employee turned around, a third suspect punched him in the face.

Two suspects forced the employee to the ground, while another ran out of the business with the merchandise. All suspects ran north of the store.

The first suspect is described as a Hispanic male, 30, 5-foot-7, 170 pounds and bald. The suspect was last seen wearing a gray sweat shirt with Raiders on the front, black shorts and black shoes.

The second suspect is described as a Hispanic male, 30, 5-7, 180 pounds. He was last seen wearing a black hat, a black sweat shirt, white sweat pants and black shoes.

The third suspect is described as a Hispanic male, 30, 5-7, 180 pounds. He was last seen wearing a black shirt, white sweat pants and black shoes.
