LAS VEGAS (KSNV & MyNews3) -- The largest international youth soccer tournament in the country finished a three day run in Las Vegas today.
News 3's Jerry Brown was our man on the pitch at the Las Vegas Mayor's Cup International Soccer Showcase.
The event was co-hosted by the city of Las Vegas and the Downtown Las Vegas Soccer Club, and could bring in more than $10 million into the local economy, according to Downtown Las Vegas Soccer Club President Roger Tabor.
The event attracted more than 250 college soccer coaches and recruiters from across the country to scout for both male and female athletes.
Teams were from Australia, the Cayman Islands, Canada, China, Colombia, Dominican Republic, Finland, France, Germany, Guatemala, Mexico, Poland and the United States.
