High-speed train developer waiting for federal funding

The construction of the high-speed rail system project that would run from Victorville, Calif., to Las Vegas is taking longer than anticipated, according to the project's chief operational officer.

These idiots that are behind this idea are clueless, Las Vegas to Los Angeles makes sense, Las Vegas to Victorville will make no cents...... pun intended

HUGE waste of money - I travel frequently to Los Angeles - so what am I supposed to do ride to Victorville, Rent a Car, Drive the rest of the way to L.A.? NOBODY is going to drive from L.A. to Victorville and LEAVE their car there to take a train into Las Vegas... by that point they're almost here... SOMEBODY is making a fortune on the backs of the tax payer.

Don't worry, they'll get theyr money. Happy Harry is going to sell the government back that land he's been accumulating with inside knowledge and make himself multi-millions more.
