LAS VEGAS -- The Nevada Department of Transportation will initiate nighttime lane closures throughout the week on southbound U.S. 95 between Eastern Avenue and Charleston Boulevard to repair damaged barrier rail on the right shoulder before the Charleston off-ramp.
Beginning Sunday night, Dec. 9, the right shoulder and right lane will be closed at 9 p.m., followed by an 11 p.m. closure of the middle lane.
This will leave one lane open for traffic. Nightly closures are expected from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m., through Friday morning. In addition, the Charleston off-ramp will be closed nightly from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m. Motorists are advised to use the Eastern Avenue or Boulder Highway off-ramps.
