Two injured after tractor-trailer rolls over on I-15 in Moapa

MOAPA (KSNV MyNews3.com) – A tractor-trailer carrying gypsum rolled over this morning near mile marker 88 on southbound Interstate 15.

Nevada Highway Patrol Trooper Jeremie Elliott said the accident occurred just after 7:30 a.m. The truck rolled into the center median, spilling its load onto the roadway. The No. 2 travel lane is blocked, but traffic has been able to get around the debris.

Two people were injured. One was air-lifted to UMC, and the injuries are unknown. The other was transported to UMC with nonlife-threatening injuries.

Crews are en route to clear the debris from the interstate.
