1 dead, 1 injured after vehicle leaves road, strikes walls

A man is dead and another suffered minor injuries after their vehicle left the road and struck block walls in a neighborhood southeast of Vegas Valley Drive and Lamb Avenue on Monday night.

Whether or not Drugs or Alcohol played ANY PART to this incident, this "FOOLS" actions resulted in only taking HIS OWN life, and not some unwilling / unsuspecting bystander.
