If I would have seen this I would have done something alright!!! And if there would have been people coming out for me I'd have something special for them too, and it only cost 20 cents a pop!!!

I like to know how the older son is home schooled and by whom, the mother. Luna's are just trying to justify and make excuses for their two sons. The Luna's two sons will be an issue for a long time, the mother can cry all she wants, but it clear that the two lack parental supervision and guidance. Locking the boys in the house, not this time, supervising the two, not this time, and this was not provoked, Sam looks like he is just taking it and not defending himself. Sam appears to be doing what you should, do not fight back and do you best to avoid the situation.

you know what Mr Munoz: I think so. Gregory deserves to see he is the noble man in this. I love how he doesn't let the situation bring him down and stays positive

Are we getting something nice for Greg? Let's start by giving a Christmas present to this kid! He did the right thing, trying to move away from this thugs and after the attack he seems to be shaken. He was not sure if a kid or a man has attacked him. OK channel 3, let's get together on this one.

You are right. I wouldn't understand ganging on and beating up a defenseless special education student. As I wouldn't understand why you are trying to police this comment section when the perpetrators mother openly admited to their sons involvement and gave an interview, making her and her both two sons information public.

@ rickylee ... I have not "whiteknighted" the perpetrators. There is no need for me to "defend" the victim. We can all see that what happened to him is horribly wrong. My discussion is not about the victim or the perpetrators. My discussion is about journalistic standards and liability. Judging from your temper and language, I would not expect you to understand.

This is what happens when parents fail. Mrs. Hernandez has both of her sons added on facebook, yet she doesn't discipline them for throwing gang signs and boasting violence and gang culture. And now she is "sorry" for her two sons actions which resulted in beating up and ganging up on a defenseless special education student. Are we supposed to believe that? It seems like damage control in an attemt to save face. Well here's some news for you: All of Las Vegas and the world knows what scum of children you raised. And posting more pictures about Jesus on your facebook won't change the fact that you failed at parenting.

Hey Cedar, how about you stop whiteknighting the perpetatrators in This case which Are Malachi Luna, and Benjamin Luna, with Cedric Arceneaux and Kendrick Arceneaux filming and posting it to facebook. Other news stations contacted their mother and she acknowledged their son's involvement as well as given statements on their sons actions. Try Fox5 or some other stories to make sure. And stop mixing s***. If anything mynews3 disguised the assailant's identity, while it is public information elsewhere. I don't see you defending the victim anywhere. So how about you GTFO

@ chewy ... The story should be told publicly. Legal action should be taken. It is one thing to bring the specifics of such information forward to and through proper legal channels. Publishing personal information to the masses, without proper vetting, is no better than initiating pitchfork mobs for justice. It has happened too many times in the past where internet justice is doled out to the wrong party or has gone awry with unintended consequences. Yes, it is easy enough to find this personal information with a few simple searches. But, it is reckless for a journalistic organization to facilitate and perpetuate the dissemination of such information.
