HENDERSON, Nev. -- Authorities confiscated 54 plants after discovering a marijuana grown house in Henderson Thursday evening.
The Las Vegas Metro SWAT team on Thursday, June 5 served a narcotics search warrant at 6 p.m. for the SCORE Team at a residence in the 300 block of Pinnacle Court in Henderson.
Once inside the home detectives found 54 marijuana plants, more than five pounds of marijuana, marijuana hash, and 0.2 grams of methamphetamine.
Police arrested 46-year-old Thomas Asgeirsson of Henderson, who lived in the house. He was booked into the Clark County Detention Center with the following charges:
Unlawful to produce/process marijuana
Possession of controlled substance to sell (marijuana)
Possession of controlled substance (marijuana)
Possession of controlled substance (methamphetamine)
SCORE stands for Southern Nevada Cannibis Operation and Regional Enforcement and is a HIDTA funded task force. SCORE is comprised of representatives from the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, the Henderson Police Department, and the Drug Enforcement Administration.
