Cement truck driver killed in Summerlin Pkwy. crash ID'd

One person is dead and three are injured this afternoon after a cement truck overturned on East Summerlin Parkway near North Rampart Boulevard.

How sad this is. I wonder if the driver of the cement truck experienced a medical event behind the wheel of his truck, maybe a heart attack? Vehicle failure? Were drugs or alcohol involved? We will have to wait 4-6 weeks for toxicology reports to come out.
