LAS VEGAS (KSNV & MyNews3) -- A local helicopter tour company is getting poor reviews these days, and customers are claiming they're not getting what they signed up for.
The company is called Heli-USA and, according to their website, the company offer mostly tours to the Grand Canyon.
The complaints have been piling up, and one of those complaints was left on News 3's voice mail.
A customer says he signed up for a helicopter tour of the Grand Canyon but when it came time for the trip, there were no helicopters available. The company reportedly offered to shuttle this group by van instead.
Heli-USA has been in operation in Las Vegas for nearly 20 years. When News 3 called the number on its website, a girl answered and was ready to take reservations; but when a reporter went to the office address listed on its website, the doors were locked and no one was inside.
News 3 spoke to the Better Business Bureau, who says for many years Heli-USA was an accredited company, but in 2012 the complaints started coming about everything from poor service to no service.
The BBB says after six complaints went unresolved, they had no choice but to give the company an "F" rating and drop them from the bureau.
