Downtown Project shares view of proposed Container Park

why are they building NEW containers and not refurbishing the old ones? That's the whole point of using containers. Typical Vegas - copying someone's ideas and then making them faux. (NYNY, Venetian, Bellagio, Treasure Island etc)

why would you create anything to bring children to the downtown? it will only chase the adults that are here to enjoy ADULT entertainment away -who wants to be around kids when they are having an ADULT good time?!
