On second thought, this entire incident could have been a case of road rage as well. Maybe the driver of the unidentified vehicle sped up when he/she saw the kid driving foolishly while attempting to pass using the turn lane, and spun the kid out as he tried to re-enter the left lane by clipping the right rear of the kids car. Wouldn't surprise me in the least if that was the case.

If I had to take a guess as to why the driver who was not at fault, left the scene, it would be because he/she was driving impaired. I think it's pretty obvious that this would be the case.

Regardless of the law they should have stopped to see if they could help in any way. They should be locked up for a little bit for being jerks and not helping out in some way.

Regardless of who is at fault, it is the law in Nevada to stop at the scene of the accident....

I totally understand that the driver of the unidentified vehicle was required to stop at the scene of the accident. However, the headline implies that the accident was the fault of that driver. It is obvious from the description of the events that the driver who died was at fault. The other driver should come forward without fear of punishment for the accident
