Fire in roof of Carl's Jr. site causes $100K in damage

LAS VEGAS (KSNV MyNews3) – A fire near an air conditioning unit of a fast-food restaurant this morning caused at least $100,000 in damage.

Las Vegas Fire & Rescue says that two employees were present at the Carl’s Jr. in the 3100 block of North Rainbow Boulevard, near Cheyenne, when the fire call came in around 4:45 a.m.

The heavy fire in the roof was attacked and extinguished. There were no injuries reported. The fire remains under investigation.
