"In a later hit-and-run accident about 4:20 p.m., a 7-year-old girl suffered a broken leg at Gulliver and Dobson." Now then, if you Work the Overnight Shift, then I can understand your CONFUSION between Morning Hours and Afternoon Hours.

Why was a 7 year old girl crossing a street at 4:40 in the morning? Were the parents arrested? They should be!
