As an allergy sufferer here are a few things that really help. 1;Wash your eyes out with a few drops of Johnsons Baby Shampoo ,rinse real well then use Allergy Eyedrops. Don't use "redness removal" eyedrops most contain BLEACH! 2;Coat the inside of your nose with triple Antibiotic ointment. It helps catch the pollen from reaching the sinuses. 3;Use Loratadine 10mg (Generic for Claratin) once a day. 4; Allergy Therapy Shots ie.. Immunionotherapy really does work. I have been doing them for almost 5 years and don't have to carry multi-tissues stuffed in my pockets,purse or up my sleeve anymore. Also change your "outside" clothes when you go inside so you are not carrying the pollen into your home. Keep windows closed and use the air conditioner. There are many other things you can do to help yourself. So do them. Don't suffer needlessly. Peace.
