PRIMM, Nev. (KSNV Mynews3.com) -- California Highway Patrol officials have opened Interstate 15 to traffic after closing it for nearly four hours this morning neat the Nevada-California border because of snow and icy conditions.
Shortly before 6 a.m. the road was closed a few miles south of Primm because of snow and ice. Crews worked on the roadway for several hours.
Shortly before 10 a.m. the road was safe to travel on. The traffic that was stopped for several hours has started to clear, according to the CHP.
