LAS VEGAS (KSNV & MyNews3) -- As thousands of Nevadans take their money to Arizona for a chance to win the lottery the Silver State is missing out on the tax revenue.

State leaders consider starting a lottery all the time but they can't get the support. News 3's Sergio Avila is here to explain why.

For one thing, Nevada's state constitution forbids a lottery.

Its time for Nevada to participate in Mega and Power Ball and allocate the funds to education. I'm tire of the state, city and county going after property owners everytime money is needed for education. Education is everyones business, not just property owners.
