HENDERSON (KSNV MyNews3.com) -- A city employee found a man's body in a municipal swimming pool about 7 a.m. today.
"He found the body about 7 a.m. and notified police and fire," Henderson information officer Kathleen Richards told News 3. "There are no suspicious circumstances. He was declared dead at the scene. The coroner will identify the man and the cause of death."
The body was found at Wells Outdoor Swimming Pool at 1650 Price St. between East Merlayne Drive and Holick Avenue.
Richards said there is no evidence as to how the man gained access to the fenced-in outdoor pool.
