Metro investigating shooting of four at hookah lounge

LAS VEGAS (KSNV -- Metro's violent crimes unit is investigating the shooting of four people early Sunday morning in the parking lot of a lounge in the southwest part of the valley.

The shooting happened in a lot at the CEO Hookah Lounge at 5900 W. Flamingo near South Jones Street, according to Metro Lt. Jack Owen.

"There were reports of 7 to 10 shots," Owen told News 3. "There were four victims, three males and one female. One of the men had critical injuries and the woman had serious injuries that are not life-threatening. The other two had minor injuries."

Owen said detectives are investigating in an effort to determine the cause and in an effort to find the suspect(s).
