LAS VEGAS (KSNV MyNews3) -- Metro police officers at around 5:25 a.m on Tuesday, Aug. 28 responded to the area of Pebble and Durango after receiving a call that a female victim was sexually assaulted at gun point.
The female victim informed officers that she was walking south on Decatur near Russell Road when a male stopped and offered her a ride. The suspect then drove the victim to a desert area and sexually assaulted her at gun point.
Sexual Assault Detectives are seeking the public’s help in identifying the suspect. He is described as a white male adult, 55 to 65 years-old, standing approximately 5-feet-8 inches tall and weighing more than 200 pounds.
He is further described as having blue eyes, military-style white cropped hair, balding on top and pockmarked reddish complexion. He was last seen wearing dark pants and a white t-shirt.
The vehicle used is described as a late 80’s to early 90’s older model burgundy, four-door sedan described as in good condition.
A composite sketch was released to the media.
