Metro searches for Fremont Street murder suspects

Metro detectives are seeking the public's help in solving a homicide that occurred about 9:30 p.m. Friday in the 2800 block of Fremont Street. The suspects then fled in a blue Cadillac driven by a third suspect. The vehicle is described as a mid to late 1980s baby blue, Cadillac four door sedan, with a white landau top, tinted windows and unknown Nevada license plate.

LAS VEGAS (KSNV Mynews3.com) -- Metro detectives are seeking the public's help in solving a homicide that occurred about 9:30 p.m. Friday in the 2800 block of Fremont Street.

Metro's call center received reports of shots being fired about 9:35 p.m. Officers responded to a parking lot on Fremont Street where they discovered a man with an apparent gunshot wound to his abdomen. The victim was transported to UMC Trauma where he was later pronounced deceased.

A preliminary investigation indicates the victim was confronted by two suspects which lead to an exchange of gunfire. The suspects then fled in a blue Cadillac driven by a third suspect.

The vehicle is described as a mid to late 1980s baby blue, Cadillac four door sedan, with a white landau top, tinted windows and unknown Nevada license plate. The vehicle may show signs of bullet strikes.

Suspect one is only described as a black male adult.

Suspect two is described as a black male adult approximately 5-foot-10 and 170 to 180 pounds. He wore a dark jacket and pants and was armed with a handgun.

Suspect three is only described as a black male adult.
