LAS VEGAS (KSNV MyNews3) -- When you grow up in Las Vegas, some strange and wonderful things can happen to you.
Former Nevada Gov. Bob Miller has written a book set for release next week called "Son of a Gambling Man."
In the book, Miller talks about growing up in Las Vegas in the 1950s and ‘60s when this was a small town.
Miller will sign copies of his book on Tuesday at the Barnes & Noble on Rainbow, just north of Lake Mead.
