LAS VEGAS -- A motorcycle driver was killed and his female passenger critically injured late Saturday night when they collided with a pickup truck.
The 45-year-old motorcycle driver was exiting U.S. 95 and turning south on Rainbow Boulevard when he collided head-on with a pickup truck about 11 p.m.
The man died at the scene while the woman was taken to UMC Trauma in critical condition. The woman driving the pickup was not injured, according to the Nevada Highway Patrol.
The NHP said alcohol did not appear to be a factor in the accident.
