LAS VEGAS (KSNV MyNews3) – One person has been arrested and one is sought in connection to a shooting Wednesday morning at a parking garage off the Las Vegas Strip.
According to a news release from the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, detectives arrested Devante Jeffers, 18, on Wednesday. He faces charges of attempted murder, attempted murder with use of deadly weapon, conspiracy to commit murder, battery with use of deadly weapon, battery with use of deadly weapon with substantial bodily harm and possession of controlled substance with intent to sell.
Detectives also identified Ariya Manoi, 21, as a suspect in this incident. Manoi is described as an Asian male, standing 5-foot-11, weighing 195 pounds, with black hair and black eyes.
Two people were critically injured in the shooting near the Showcase Theater in the 3700 block of Las Vegas Boulevard South.
