LAS VEGAS (KSNV MyNews3) -- The plane that crashed in Mexico, killing popular singer Jenni Rivera was registered to an office in Las Vegas.
There was not much left of a Learjet 25 that was found Sunday morning in a rugged part of northern mexico.
FAA records show the plane was registered to a company called Starwood Managment with an office off West Sahara.
Rivera had just wrapped up a concert in Monterrey, Mexico.

Born in the United States, the 43-year-old Rivera was a mother of five and grandmother of two and became a major player in a style of music largely dominated by men on the Mexican music scene.
Rivera sold about 15 million records in her career, won and received several awards and Grammy nominations.
