LAS VEGAS (KSNV MyNews3) -- Police say the driver of a tour bus involved in an accident yesterday admitted to being high when the accident occurred.
According to police, the man said he had been smoking "spice," a type of synthetic marijuana sold at smoke shops.
The driver's empty tour bus lost control and hit a van in front of the boulevard mall. The accident set off a chain-reaction crash which hurt 12 people. Witnesses said the driver appeared the be under the influence.
