LAS VEGAS (KSNV MyNews3) -- Police are no longer looking for 22-year-old Tineesha Howard, who Metro had considered a person of interest in connection to last week’s shooting on the Strip. Metro says Howard is no longer considered missing or a person of interest in the search for Ammar Harris.

Police are still looking for Harris, who is believed to be responsible for the Thursday Night shooting that killed three people.

Metro's decision comes the same day a former reality TV star from Miami claims she was mistakenly identified as Tineesha Howard in photos released by Metro. An attorney representing the star, Tasha Malek, released a statement to news three late last night.

"The Las Vegas police department's mistakes have severely damaged Ms. Malek's reputation and image,” the statement said. “Ms. Malek is a well-known personality, upstanding person in the community, and successful business woman. Ms. Malek was overwhelmed with negative phone calls and emails from concerned family, friends, associates, and fans from around the country."

The statement went on to say that Ammar Harris took photos of him posing with Malek off her Facebook page without Malek’s consent.

The shooting and ensuing crash resulted in the death of 68-year-old taxi driver Michael Boldon, along with his 48-year old passenger Sandi Sutton-Wasmun.

A memorial service for Boldon was held on Wednesday.

A memorial for Sandi Sutton-Wasmun will be held this Saturday in her home town of Maple Valley, Washington, which is near Seattle. She overcame breast cancer twice, only to be taken by violence. she leaves behind a husband and three children.
