metro wants to jail medical patients who grow their definition of "to many plants" while never proving even $1 in illegal sales. when did "protect and serve" become " oppress and jail" police are supposed to enforce laws, not redefine them

Thank you for doing this story news 3 . I too have been wrongfully raided. They took all my expensive eqiupment. Made me look like a criminal to my neighbors. I was kicked out of my home. It's good to have this to present to the courts who are trying to make me a convict over growing my pot. Its not fair how the are destroying patients houses, pot, and equipment. Leave growers alone. This talk about being unsafe is complete bs. You could have a neighbor growing indoor fruits and its done exactly the same. Stop trying to brainwash are community metro. Loose the ego! How about people who want to grow hundreds of plants so they can donate them to dispenseries that can fund help foundations for people in need??? It's not a bad culture last time everyone checked?? One that is peaceful , always know to be!

I too was raided by the Las Vegas Gestapo and told by an officer ; you know some of us don't agree with that law. They obviously don't abide by the law as citizens approved. They have their own agenda. I had only 6 plants over the legal number the 1st raid and 2 LESS than the legal amount the second. The police lost any credibility they had with me and I now se them as nothing more than absolute moralists with badges and guns. Very dangerous.

Legalize it, tax the heck out of it, make it subject to the same laws as booze and move on.
